Please remember that payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly; however, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement depends on your specific insurance plan and benefits. If you have questions about fees, payment, or insurance reimbursement, I am happy to discuss them prior to beginning treatment.
