Psychotherapy Services
I believe that effective psychotherapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and genuine understanding. Every person comes to therapy with a unique history, set of strengths, and goals, so I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I tailor treatment to meet each client’s individual needs while working together to identify meaningful and achievable goals.
I am available in-person (Houston, TX) or virtual (PSYPACT participating states).
My Approach
My work is grounded in person-centered principles and informed by mentalizing, attachment, and psychodynamic theories. Together, we explore how early relationships, life experiences, and patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating shape current challenges. Developing a greater understanding of ourselves and others can create opportunities for lasting change, improved relationships, and increased resilience.
I also practice from a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing the profound impact that difficult or overwhelming experiences can have on emotional well-being, relationships, and one’s sense of self. Therapy provides a safe, compassionate space to process these experiences at a pace that feels manageable while building new ways of coping and connecting.
Whether you are seeking relief from distress, navigating a major life transition, strengthening relationships, or pursuing personal growth, my goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care that helps you better understand yourself and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I work with adolescents and adults for individual psychotherapy.
Couples or Family Psychotherapy
I work with adult couples and families where the youngest member is an adolescent.
